Sarah’s portfolio spans global onboarding programmes, sales enablement training, behaviour change projects and transitioning face-to-face programmes into blended learning solutions. She loves nothing more than working with complex and sensitive content across multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Nicole

Co-Founder & Director

Nicole is a co-founder and Director at embed™, bringing over 25 years of experience in education, learning, and training to everything she does. She’s genuinely passionate about helping organisations build the skills they need to thrive.

Nicole works closely with our customers, from global corporates to awarding organisations and membership bodies, bringing strategic and commercial insight to the development of learning products and services. She loves nothing more than helping businesses navigate change and come out the other side with learning and skills solutions that truly work.

Jess

Programme Manager

Jess is embed’s™ Programme Manager – the person who makes sure our projects land on time, to quality, and within budget. With over ten years in the industry, she has a strong track record of managing complex content design projects and building the kind of relationships that keep things running smoothly.

Jess has worked with government departments, local authorities, corporates and charities, and is passionate about growing the freelance community around embed™ to bring the very best skills to every project we deliver.

Hazel

Senior Learning Manager

Hazel is Senior Learning Manager at embed™, with a wealth of experience across face-to-face and digital learning and a particular talent for designing at pace and at scale. She’s delivered large-scale programmes for government and international customers, creating content design and learning solutions in demanding environments.

Hazel is a firm believer in human-centred design, with a strong understanding of the technologies behind great learning, from LMS platforms to authoring tools. She’s also exploring how AI can enhance what we deliver, including building custom tools for a smarter, more tailored customer experience.

Neil

Customer Success Lead

Neil has spent over 18 years in the education sector, moving from teaching and learning delivery into project management and commercial roles – bringing a genuinely rare mix of classroom insight and strategic thinking. At embed™, he works closely with our clients to ensure our learning solutions deliver long-term impact, managing projects end-to-end with care and precision. He has collaborated with a wide range of organisations, including Nike, DPD, the Public Health Authority of Saudi Arabia, Lyreco, IOSH, and UK Coaching.

Dee

Social Media Coordinator

Dee is embed’s™ Administrator & Social Media Coordinator, keeping our voice consistent and our story visible across the channels that matter most to our audience. With a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for organisation, she manages our social media content and marketing activity, from planning and scheduling posts, writing copy, to running  engaging campaigns. Behind the scenes, she also keeps embed’s™ day-to-day operations running smoothly..

Dee brings warmth and calm to the day-to-day, and nothing gets missed on her watch. She’s always looking for fresh ways to tell embed’s™ story, or specific platforms/campaigns she’s led.
